Below, you can read our March Family Update. This month’s Update opens with a vivid reflection from my recent trip to Uruguay—a whirlwind of camps, church services, long travel days, and deeply encouraging ministry moments. Preaching at Calvary Temple, the first church founded by EMU missionaries, brought me back to our threefold purpose: evangelism, establishing churches, and equipping nationals. I closed that message with a story about a rescuer who plunged into dangerous waters—only to discover no one was holding the rope. That image stayed with me throughout the trip. In Uruguay and around the world, faithful pastors, missionaries, and national workers are in the water every day. Your prayers and support are what keep the rope firmly in hand.
