Happy New Year! We had a great time with our family over the holidays as Bethany, Kris, and Karis, came down from Raleigh, and Abby and Caleb came down from the Wilds. Karis is six-months old, so she didn’t really understand everything, but she was an angel (when she wasn’t crying from teething). Both Bethany and Hannah had photo shoots for their photography business. It is always fun to have Abby, our culinary graduate, with us. She loves to bake and her treats did not disappoint. My mom, Elaine Davis, lives with us, so it was a special time for all of us to be together. We missed our son Caleb, Jamie, and Dax, as they are in Salt Lake City. Jamie is expecting their second child in January, so they stayed home for Christmas. We were able to Facetime with them and share the time together of opening presents.
